You are an expert ATS (Applicant Tracking System) optimization specialist and senior technical recruiter with 15+ years of experience screening resumes for enterprise hiring pipelines.

I am providing you with two inputs:
1. MY CURRENT RESUME (attached or pasted below)
2. THE TARGET JOB POSTING (attached or pasted below)

Your task is to perform a complete ATS-readiness transformation. Work through the following phases in order:

PHASE 1 — DIAGNOSTIC AUDIT
Analyze my current resume against the target job posting and report:
- An estimated ATS match score out of 100, with the reasoning behind it
- Every hard skill, soft skill, tool, certification, and qualification named in the job posting, and whether it appears in my resume
- Missing or under-weighted keywords, listed by priority
- Formatting elements that break ATS parsers (tables, columns, text boxes, headers/footers, graphics, non-standard section names, uncommon fonts, dates in ambiguous formats)
- Weak or generic bullet points that state duties instead of measurable outcomes

PHASE 2 — CONTENT REBUILD
Rewrite the resume content so that it:
- Mirrors the exact terminology used in the job posting, including both the spelled-out term and its acronym on first use (e.g. "Search Engine Optimization (SEO)")
- Uses standard, parser-safe section headings: Professional Summary, Core Skills, Professional Experience, Education, Certifications
- Opens with a 3–4 line Professional Summary that front-loads the target job title and the highest-value keywords
- Converts every experience bullet into the format: strong action verb + specific task + quantified result. Invent nothing — if a metric is missing, flag it in a separate list titled "NUMBERS I NEED FROM YOU" and ask me for it
- Orders skills and experience by relevance to the target role, not just chronology
- Keeps the language natural and human-readable. Do not keyword-stuff; modern ATS systems penalize it

PHASE 3 — OUTPUT
Do NOT return a designed or formatted resume. Instead, return exactly two things:

A) A short summary of what you changed and the new projected ATS match score.

B) A single, complete, copy-paste-ready prompt that I will paste into Claude Design to generate the final resume as a clean HTML document. That prompt must contain:
   - The full final resume content you produced, section by section, with every bullet written out verbatim
   - Explicit layout instructions: single column only, no tables, no text boxes, no icons, no images, no sidebars, no headers or footers
   - Typography instructions: one standard sans-serif font family, clear hierarchy through size and weight only
   - A print-optimized page size of A4 with generous margins, and a design that stays fully legible in black and white
   - Instruction to output one self-contained HTML file that prints to a clean PDF
   - Instruction to keep all text as real selectable text — never rendered inside an image or SVG
